Hike-Lummi Island

FEBRUARY 15    LUMMI ISLAND  Walk a 7 mile loop on the north end of Lummi Island. Island, sea, and mountain views. $8 foot-passenger ferry fare required HOWEVER since no cash is accepted the responsible person will have to charge the ferry fare on his or her credit card for the entire group and then each person will pay $8 in cash to the responsible person. Mostly level, walking shoes recommended. Meet at 8:00 a.m. at. the Chuckanut Drive park-n-ride, exit 231 from I-5 on the east side of I-5. No specified return time although most will take the 1 pm ferry back. Easy hike though mostly on pavement.

Get Membership Information

Skagit Audubon Society holds monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month except for the months of July and August. We meet at 7:00 pm at Padilla Bay Interpretive Center (Google map), 10441 Bayview-Edison Rd. Mount Vernon. Meetings are open to all.

The board of directors meets at the same location at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month, except for the months of July and August.
