Zoom Presentation on Beavers - August 11th

IMG 3781 1 768x512Please join us on August 11th at 7:00 pm for a Zoom presentation by Ben Goldfarb, author of Eager: The Surprising, Secret Life of Beavers and Why They Matter, winner of the 2019 PEN/E.O. Wilson Literary Science Writing Award. His work has appeared in publications including the Atlantic, Science, Orion Magazine, and High Country News. He lives in Spokane with his wife, Elise, and his dog, Kit — which is, of course, what you call a baby beaver.

Skagit Audubon Society holds monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month except for the months of July and August. We meet at 7:00 pm at Padilla Bay Interpretive Center(Google map), 10441 Bayview-Edison Rd. Mount Vernon. Meetings are open to all.

The board of directors meets at the same location at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month, except for the months of July and August.
