Bright Water Bird Club

Bright Water photoIn February Skagit Education Committee held a field trip at Wiley Slough for the Bright Water School 7th graders.  Though the weather was windy and cold the students were very enthusiastic about the birds and wildlife around the slough.  Binoculars, provided by the Skagit Community Foundation 2016 Grant, were put to good use by the students.  The Bright Water Bird Club was created that day; the next field trip is being planned for this spring.
