Hike-Lime Kiln (near Granite Falls)

JUNE  14 THE LIME KILN TRAIL  Hike 7 miles, RT,  on this historical route into a lush and remote canyon carved by the Stillaguamish River near the town of Granite Falls.  625 ft elev gain.  Meet at 7:30 am at the Mount Vernon Safeway parking lot.   Snohomish county residents may drive directly to the trailhead.  Check WA Trails Association website for driving information or contact Tom Ozretich above.  Return time to be determined.   Everyone is to wait for all to return safely before leaving at this return time.

Get Membership Information

Skagit Audubon Society holds monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month except for the months of July and August. We meet at 7:00 pm at Padilla Bay Interpretive Center (Google map), 10441 Bayview-Edison Rd. Mount Vernon. Meetings are open to all.

The board of directors meets at the same location at 7:00 pm on the first Tuesday of each month, except for the months of July and August.
