Meet at 7:30 am at Sedro-Woolley Food Pavilion. Hike down to Ross Dam and beyond along the west shore of Ross Lake as far as the Big Beaver if you wish. Many other turn-around points. Up to 13 miles return; up to 1800 ft total elevation gain. Return time 4:30pm for those hiking to Big Beaver or Pierce Creek; 3:00 pm for those who turn around earlier. Difficulty: moderate
