Are you noticing a few new species on your bird lists? Are you missing some favorite species? Birds are shifting, and we are seeing birds once rare to the PNW appearing more commonly, while some common species are seen less often and in smaller numbers.
Steve Hampton has been researching some of the changes we are seeing develop from climate change, analyzing the data and its effects on specific species. He will present the updated information he has been studying, with a special focus on the Pacific Northwest, covering everything from hummingbirds, Snow Geese, Scrub Jays and Yellow-rumped Warblers.
